The Department of War published a legal waiver authorizing current and former personnel and contractors to give UAP-related National Defense Information to PURSUE. NDAs and Special Access Program indoctrination agreements are set aside for that channel only.
Rep. Tim Burchett told Planet Tyrus he spent more than two hours in a high-level Pentagon UAP meeting this week – and that unelected officials are still blocking disclosure, even claiming the president is on a need-to-know basis.
The sixth PURSUE drop is 71 files: 2025 CENTCOM infrared of six spherical objects reported at 480 mph, the 1952 Tremonton Kodachrome, Capt. Ruppelt's Blue Book briefing, 37 AAWSAP DIRDs, and four Colorado law-enforcement clips.
Principal Deputy DNI Aaron Lukas signed July 31 guidance putting Trump's UAP NDA directive into effect: any NDA blocking disclosure to the President or AARO/PURSUE designees is 'no longer in force.' All intelligence agencies have 30 days to comply.
Fox News reports President Trump ordered the Department of War and the intelligence community to abrogate nondisclosure agreements for former employees and contractors who bring UAP information to AARO or PURSUE. Officials say it is not a public declassification order.
Jacob Haqq-Misra and NASA's Ravi Kopparapu measured every PURSUE sensor clip released this year. Without range, they write, a dark object crossing the frame could be a bird at close range or a Mach 5 craft a kilometer away.
Liberation Times names Aaron Lukas, the Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence and former CIA station chief, as a key figure blocking the Trump administration from accessing stronger UFO material. Multiple sources say he is protecting CIA legacy programs and undermining his own boss, DNI Tulsi Gabbard.
The fifth PURSUE tranche drops 41 files and 16 official videos: AC-130 cold orbs over the Gulf of Oman, 2026 FBI infrared, Middle East and Pacific sensor clips, FBI Form 302s with bureau digital renderings including the 2002 Bagram triangle, plus a Brazil/Bahia cable and Hegseth transparency statement.
The fourth PURSUE tranche includes three NASA photographs from Space Shuttle Columbia's STS-80 mission showing an unidentified object in low-Earth orbit, plus 19 military videos, a 1949 Los Alamos green-fireball conference, Yellow Sea and East China Sea sensor tracks, and a Pantex nuclear-site incident. The archive is now at 334 files.
TIME's Jeffrey Kluger publishes a major feature on UAP disclosure – covering PURSUE file releases, AARO, Loeb's Science Advisory Council, the Disclosure Foundation's Capitol Hill forum, and polling that shows 84% of Americans want more answers while only 21% trust the government.
Dr. Phil McGraw says he has reviewed hundreds of government UFO videos and documents dating to 1947, argues the cover-up was deliberate psychological operations, and sits down with Chris Mellon – who says the Tic Tac was not human-made.
NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman says the space agency has captured imagery of objects it cannot explain, credits Trump with ordering the material released, and says he has not seen evidence of crashed craft or recovered bodies – while predicting humanity will conclude 'there's life everywhere' within our lifetime.
The first PURSUE tranche includes a 130-foot bronze ellipsoid, a UAP making 90-degree turns over Greece, an FBI interview describing a military encounter, a memo about 4-foot beings, Apollo imagery, Gemini audio, and 2025 infrared stills. Here is what each file is, why it matters, and what's still missing.
The third PURSUE tranche includes a 1948 Air Force memo warning the Navy that flying disc reappearances follow predictable cycles, an AARO director's letter admitting 40% of a 2023 orb event defies explanation, a CIA-destroyed 'message from space,' and a craft over Cheyenne Mountain. The Pentagon's own records now contradict its own denials.
The Pentagon's second UAP file drop includes video of an F-16 destroying a UAP over Lake Huron, submarine-proximate footage, Apollo 12 audio, a senior intelligence officer's orb encounter report, and a 116-page Cold War sightings dossier. War.gov/ufo passes 1 billion hits. A third release is already being prepared.
For the first time, intelligence and defense sources have publicly defined what disclosure means: recovered vehicles and bodies of non-human origin, cooperative agreements with non-human entities, and material from national collection systems. Here is why that definition matters.
The PURSUE release cracked open a fault line in Washington. Some members of Congress are racing to release more, some are reaching for scripture, one called it propaganda, and bipartisan voices are demanding stronger material. What the split means for the next tranche.
