Three years after his explosive 2023 testimony, David Grusch returned to the U.S. Capitol with four members of Congress demanding full UAP disclosure. He described four types of NHI, while Luna called for permanent whistleblower immunity and Burlison revealed Congress is receiving claims of recovered craft at specific facilities.
The White House says the Department of War has released the first batch of unresolved UAP records under PURSUE, a new rolling disclosure system. The initial files include DOW/AARO videos, Apollo-era imagery, FBI photos, Gemini audio, and source documents.
Tom O'Neill, in Washington to testify on the CIA's MKULTRA program, says a senior congressional staffer told him classified UAP briefings include recovered craft, recovered beings, and technology used for U.S. defense.

Ross Coulthart reports the President has received a direct briefing on the legacy UAP crash retrieval program – deeper than anything from his first term. AARO showed Congress 30 videos that 'made everyone gasp.' The question is no longer what the government knows. It's what the President will tell the public.
The Pentagon's second UAP file drop includes video of an F-16 destroying a UAP over Lake Huron, submarine-proximate footage, Apollo 12 audio, a senior intelligence officer's orb encounter report, and a 116-page Cold War sightings dossier. War.gov/ufo passes 1 billion hits. A third release is already being prepared.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna has demanded 46 specific classified military UAP videos from the Pentagon by April 14. The list reads like a battlefield inventory – with callsigns, coordinates, and dates that only an insider could know.
The PURSUE release cracked open a fault line in Washington. Some members of Congress are racing to release more, some are reaching for scripture, one called it propaganda, and bipartisan voices are demanding stronger material. What the split means for the next tranche.
