Liberation Times: Disclosure History Being Written Now
Liberation Times argued the disclosure machinery is now so assembled that “no one knows how this ends.” The previously reported presidential speech is now under consideration and could be delivered before the November midterms – or abandoned. The piece notes ODNI confirmed several outside advisory groups, though only the Loeb Science Advisory Council is public, and flags Dr. Phil McGraw saying he is in active dialogue with Trump and warned the White House disclosure needs careful pacing: “This is upon us. It is happening right now.” NDA waiver article → · Dr Phil piece →

AARO Begins Whistleblower Ad Campaign
AARO under Director Jon Kosloski has begun phase one of a new ad campaign aimed at UAP whistleblowers who have not yet come forward – a public recruitment push arriving days after the Lukas NDA memo declared prior NDAs no longer in force for authorized reporting. Matt Brown, in new interviews, continues to call AARO a “catch and kill” intake trap despite the memo’s language. NDA memo article →

Ukrainian Observatory Publishes ‘UFO Dynamics on the Moon’
Ukraine’s Main Astronomical Observatory (National Academy of Sciences) has published high-speed telescopic data on 20+ anomalous objects at the Moon – anchored flashers brightening in sync across hundreds of kilometers, 25–40 km discs, and 36 km toroids at 11–20 km/s with rotation implying ~2g spin gravity – concluding the Moon “serves as a base for UFOs” and that the objects “demonstrate intelligent behavior.” The team has run an instrumental UAP program since 2018 with two-station parallax work; Brian Roemmele’s detailed review thread pushed the paper wide this week. Grusch FOIA: Fight Narrows to Whether DoD Searched Adequately
In David Grusch v. Department of Defense (E.D. Va. No. 1:26-cv-607), the parties’ Fourth Joint Status Report (filed Aug 5) says the FOIA dispute now boils down to one question: whether DoD conducted a legally adequate search. Grusch is not challenging the redactions on the May 18 release. Proposed summary-judgment briefing runs Sept 21 – Nov 9, 2026. The suit seeks Senior Intelligence Oversight Official records on any 2023 “unauthorized disclosure complaint” involving Grusch or UAP/UFO terms – tied to his claim that the Air Force flagged him under the Espionage Act after his 2023 testimony. A Nov 2023 Pentagon letter to Rep. Burchett, attached in the public thread, says the Air Force raised a preliminary concern by phone and later said there was no unauthorized disclosure and no formal IOD complaint. TIME: ‘America Is Finally Taking Extraterrestrials Seriously’
TIME editor-at-large Jeffrey Kluger published a major Science feature arguing UAP has moved from tabloid margins into Congress, the White House, academia – and now one of America’s most recognizable magazines. The piece walks general readers through PURSUE’s four tranches, AARO, Loeb’s Science Advisory Council, the Disclosure Foundation’s June Capitol Hill forum, Graves/Fravor/Langley cases, and a Disclosure Foundation poll: 84% want more government information, 21% trust the government to tell the full truth. Crash-retrieval and contractor programs get little airtime – but the Overton-window move is the story. Full article →

Release 05 Addendum: Rio Sphere With Body File, Hegseth Statement
Afternoon coverage of the same tranche adds a 1963 Rio de Janeiro metal-sphere crash report – ~13-ft crater, alleged body in heavy clothing with undecipherable markings – plus Bagram detail that the triangle rolled 90° while veering the “wrong” way, an FBI 302 watch/phone time discrepancy, and Secretary Pete Hegseth saying classified files have “fueled justified speculation” and the public should see them. Sharp separately warned dumps without analysis will backfire. Updated article →

Luna to Glenn Beck: ‘Without a Doubt the UFO Phenomena Is Real’
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna told Glenn Beck the UFO phenomenon is real “without a doubt,” that investigators were obstructed under the prior administration, and that with material clearing SCIFs there will be “an announcement soon on one other kind of factor” that will give the public assurance the phenomena is real. She framed orbs and unexplained energy as national-security issues, not fringe speculation – landing the same day as Release 05.
