Luna: Finished Reviewing 40+ Videos Set for Declassification

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna announced she has finished reviewing the 40+ UAP videos set for declassification from the Department of War “in coming weeks.”

Luna gave the new AARO director her “full support,” saying he has “proven through action that he is working in good faith on declass efforts.” Jeremy Corbell added context from a direct conversation with Luna:

“The new director of AARO is actually fully complying with us now and working at the direction of the White House. We are in process of reviewing part of the videos set to be released next.”

This is the most concrete confirmation yet that the 46 classified videos are moving through the declassification pipeline. The new AARO director – replacing the previous leadership that whistleblowers accused of stonewalling – appears to have changed the dynamic entirely.

Burlison: Two PURSUE Documents Describe “Orbs Launching Other Orbs”

Rep. Eric Burlison flagged the two most significant documents in the Pentagon’s UAP file release – titled “USPER STATEMENT ABOUT UAP SIGHTING” and “WESTERN US EVENT,” which he says appear related.

“It’s not a random third-hand report, but two documents detailing multiple federal officials/agents independently reporting ‘orbs launching other orbs.’ This deserves special attention.”

The detail is striking: multiple federal officials, at high levels of the military, independently describing the same phenomenon – objects spawning smaller objects. This behavior has been reported in other UAP encounters but never before confirmed in declassified government documentation.

Luna: CIA Director Ratcliffe Told Her Where UFO Files Are

Rep. Luna revealed that CIA Director John Ratcliffe personally told her where to locate UFO files and who has authority over them.

“When they first came into power with the new Administration, I did meet with him directly. He did tell me where to look, and with the help of the President, that was then [used to direct the search].”

This is significant because it means the administration knows where the strongest material is held – and that the resistance to disclosure described in the Aaron Lukas investigation is happening despite the CIA director’s own cooperation with Congress.

DOE Whistleblower Kevin Childress Died While Arranging Congressional Testimony

Kevin Childress, a retired Department of Energy Assistant Special Agent in Charge, died while in talks to provide testimony to Congress about DOE UAP files.

Luis Elizondo was arranging for Childress to meet with members of Congress when he was found dead. The circumstances add to a pattern of deaths and disappearances among individuals connected to UAP programs or disclosure efforts.

Trump Told Burchett: “I Don’t Know What’s in It”

Rep. Tim Burchett said President Trump told him directly that he doesn’t know the contents of the UFO files being released.

“He said, ‘We’ll put it out there. I don’t know what’s in it.’ He said that repeatedly.”

The comment suggests the President is authorizing release without personally reviewing the material – delegating the content decisions to the agencies and the PURSUE mechanism. Whether that means genuine hands-off transparency or plausible deniability is an open question.

Trump to Issue Memo With “Stiff Penalties” for Agencies Withholding UFO Files

Rep. Eric Burlison says President Trump will soon issue a presidential memo to federal agencies requiring the release of all UAP-related information – with “stiff penalties” for non-compliance.

The memo, if issued, would represent the strongest executive enforcement action on UAP transparency to date. PURSUE launched as a rolling disclosure portal, but intelligence sources have alleged that CIA-linked figures are blocking access to stronger material. A memo with penalties would give the White House a mechanism to compel agencies rather than rely on voluntary cooperation.

Chris Sharp of Liberation Times called the development “hugely encouraging.” Jeremy Corbell confirmed the report. Matthew Ford of The Good Trouble Show said: “President Trump should be commended for this.”

Over 9,000 Underwater UFOs Tracked Near U.S. Shores

The UFO-tracking app Enigma has recorded over 9,000 sightings of unidentified submersible objects (USOs) within 10 miles of U.S. shorelines since August 2025. Roughly 500 of those occurred within 5 miles of a coast, with over 150 describing objects hovering above or entering and emerging from water.

California (389 sightings) and Florida (306) report the highest concentrations. Witnesses describe objects moving at exceptional speeds, making precise directional changes, and transitioning seamlessly between water and air – the “transmedium” behavior that has been a recurring theme in military UAP encounters.

Retired Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet called the phenomenon “world-changing” and warned that objects entering U.S. waters without explanation could “jeopardize U.S. maritime security.”

Luna and Burlison Head to CIA for UFO, JFK, and MKUltra Files

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna and Rep. Eric Burlison are going to the CIA to obtain files on UFOs, the JFK assassination, and MKUltra. Luna posted “the band is back together” alongside photos of the congressional delegation.

The visit comes as Liberation Times named Aaron Lukas, the Principal Deputy DNI and former CIA operative, as a key figure blocking the administration from accessing stronger UAP material. Luna and Burlison going directly to CIA headquarters signals Congress is not waiting for files to arrive through channels.

Burlison: Last Two Pentagon UAP Documents Are the Most Significant

Rep. Eric Burlison said the last two documents in the Pentagon UAP file release are more significant than anything else in the batch. “Usual reports don’t have this many witnesses at such high levels of the military,” he wrote. “Definitely something worth digging into.”

The comment suggests that the most important PURSUE material may be buried at the bottom of the release – and that it involves multiple senior military witnesses to the same event.

Corbell: Cold War U.S. and USSR Both Formally Recognized UFOs

Jeremy Corbell shared Russian official documentation showing that during the Cold War, the U.S. and USSR formally recognized that unidentified objects detected by their militaries posed a potential safety and security concern. The documentation accompanied the release of his documentary Sleeping Dog, which CNN covered.

The historical detail matters because it demonstrates that UAP has been an acknowledged national-security issue across rival superpowers for decades – not a fringe topic that surfaced in 2017.

Japan Confirms It Has UAP Data, Signals Disclosure

Japan became the first major U.S. ally to publicly engage with the PURSUE files. Chief Cabinet Secretary Minoru Kihara confirmed at a press conference that he has personally reviewed U.S.-released UAP footage showing objects near Japan.

Kihara – a former Japan Airlines pilot – said Tokyo is analyzing the Pentagon material “with great interest” and will make case-by-case decisions on disclosing Japan’s own UAP data, “after comprehensively considering various factors, including the risk of our intelligence-gathering capabilities being exposed.”

Ross Coulthart characterized the development more directly: “Japan’s Government acknowledges it has UAP data, including video footage. And it will begin disclosure, subject to national security constraints.”

Two specific videos in the PURSUE release show UAP near Japan. The fact that a Five Eyes intelligence partner is now publicly acknowledging its own UAP holdings – rather than deflecting to Washington – may signal the beginning of international disclosure ripple effects. Liberation Times sources asked last week: “If the U.S. government is seeing all these strange things around the globe, why are other nations not being up front with their own citizens?”

Ukraine Releases Drone ATFLIR Footage of UAP

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defence released UFO footage captured via a drone’s ATFLIR pod – an advanced forward-looking infrared targeting system. The footage was shared by researcher Jay Anderson and quickly drew over 2,000 likes and 370 bookmarks.

This is notable because it represents a second allied government releasing UAP material through official channels in the same week the U.S. launched PURSUE. Whether the footage shows something anomalous or has a conventional explanation, the decision to release it publicly through official defense channels reflects the shifting international posture on UAP transparency.

Coulthart: Best UAP Videos Are on JWICS and SAP Networks, Not SIPRnet

Ross Coulthart clarified the classification structure behind the unreleased UAP videos. A source told him that SIPRnet – the Defense Department’s classified network – holds “some good, albeit sporadic, UAP videos.” But the strongest material sits on JWICS (Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System) and SAP computers at a higher classification level. The UAPTF analysis of the videos was conducted at the Top Secret level on JWICS.

This explains the quality gap in the first PURSUE release. Material on SIPRnet is easier to declassify. Getting footage off JWICS and especially out of SAP compartments requires authorization from the original classifying authority – the same agencies Liberation Times named as resisting disclosure.

Burchett: Intelligence Community Blocked Congress From UFO Evidence

Rep. Tim Burchett said access to possible UFO evidence was blocked by the intelligence community, adding another voice to the obstruction narrative that began with Grusch and was named by Liberation Times last week.

“If someone can pierce the veil of government and block access to Congress… who the hell is in control?”

Burlison: Real UFO Information Is in Private-Sector FFRDCs

Rep. Eric Burlison said the most significant UFO material is not in government hands alone – it sits “somewhere in-between government and the private sector.”

He specifically named Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs): the RAND Corporation, the MITRE Group, and MIT Lincoln Labs. These are quasi-governmental entities that hold classified contracts and operate outside normal congressional oversight pathways.

The claim tracks with what David Grusch told Congress in 2023 – that legacy UAP programs were hidden inside contractor facilities to avoid congressional reporting requirements. Burlison is now naming the specific institutional category where that material may reside.

Separately, NewsNation reported that Burlison says new UFO file batches will be released by the Trump administration approximately every two weeks. Burlison called last week’s first PURSUE drop “an amazing and monumental first step” but added: “I’m totally dubious. I don’t trust this town at all.”

Luna: 46 Videos Within 30 Days, Not “Next Week”

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna gave a wider timeline for the release of the 46 classified UAP videos she demanded from the Pentagon.

“In the next thirty days or so in talking with the Pentagon this Thursday, we will obtain these 40 plus documents that we have been specifically requesting.”

This softens the “next week” timeline reported by NewsNation on May 10. The videos – which include spherical, cigar-shaped, and Tic Tac–like objects recorded over war zones, oceans, and restricted airspace – are still in the pipeline, but the window is now roughly through mid-June rather than this week.

Luna also said Congress has been obstructed from investigating UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs, and that whistleblowers continue facing retaliation despite bipartisan efforts. “Congress has been obstructed from investigating,” she said, pointing to a pattern that extends beyond individual agencies to structural resistance within the national security apparatus.
