David Grusch told The Dr. Phil Podcast (episode dated August 13) that he knows people who had direct interactions in a “detainment situation” involving recovered occupants – language he acknowledged “sounds very Star Trek” – and that a former cabinet member worked the issue for a former vice president he nicknamed “Darth Vader.” The New York Post published the quotes August 15 and identified that figure as the late Dick Cheney. Former AATIP lead Luis Elizondo told the Ralph Bunche Institute’s Project on UAP Studies that shooting down a UAP “would be a mistake and a provocation,” and that Project Interloper (an operational plan, OPLAN) “was a very real plan that was being developed.” He added he would not be surprised if similar plans have been executed.
